Job Overview
A globally recognized kitchenware and homeware manufacturer with over a century of heritage is seeking a creative Marketing Specialist (Kitchenware & Homeware) to drive its online and offline presence. In this remote role, you will develop marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and support digital advertising across Meta and Google to meet e-commerce and retail goals. You will also design visual assets like banners, catalogues, and email campaigns using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. This full-time position operates on Singapore business hours and offers immediate hiring with a permanent work-from-home setup.
Schedule
Mon-Fri, 9 am - 6 pm Singapore time with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with Sales and E-commerce targets
- Plan promotional calendars, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand-building activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Content Creation & Design
- Design marketing materials including banners, flyers, brochures, catalogues, POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials), EDMs, and digital advertisements.
- Ensure all marketing assets are consistent with brand guidelines.
- Create engaging visual content for online and offline channels.
- Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.).
- Develop content calendars and schedule regular posts.
- Create copywriting and visual content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor community engagement, respond to inquiries, and track social media performance metrics.
Digital Marketing
- Support digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Work with agencies or internal teams on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website updates.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve online visibility and customer engagement.
Trade Marketing & Retail Support
- Create and coordinate retail marketing materials and in-store promotional displays.
- Work closely with sales teams to support trade promotions and customer marketing activities.
- Ensure POS materials are developed, produced, and distributed on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer goods, retail, e-commerce, or homeware industries.
- Strong understanding in digital marketing
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content creation is a must (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and basic digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multipe projects simultaneously.
