Our client is looking for a confident and client-focused Influencer Campaign Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role requires strong communication, leadership in meetings, and the ability to manage client expectations while coordinating internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery. Responsibilities

Manage client expectations and serve as the primary point of contact.

Conduct and lead client meetings and presentations.

Input, update, and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure project success.

Monitor campaign performance and provide client updates.

Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Support account growth, retention, and upsell initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in execution, planning, and optimization of influencer campaigns, preferably at an agency.
- Experience managing campaigns across social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest).
- Exceptional communication skills and English fluency.
- Exceptional project management and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides.
- High level of professionalism in both internal and external/client-facing interactions.
Qualifications
- Experience managing digital content and Web content management systems (Preferred).
- Experience leveraging AI tools to support and enhance work outputs (Preferred).
