Your Role: HR Recruiter
Schedule- Monday-Friday. 8am-12pm EST
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal positions, including sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating pre-screening tests, and scheduling interviews
- Vet and qualify subcontractors to ensure they meet company standards and project requirements
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of subcontractors and vendors for ongoing and future projects
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective employees and subcontractors, representing the company professionally
- Coordinate with the COO and CSO to facilitate final hiring decisions and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified candidates
- Maintain organized candidate and subcontractor records within the company's digital systems
Requirements:
- Prior HR or recruitment experience, preferably in construction, general contracting, or a related industry
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills to represent the company to prospective hires and partners
- High level of trustworthiness and discretion when handling sensitive company information, software access, and credentials
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and vetting processes simultaneously
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, digital office environment
Scope:
- Start part-time (20 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–12 PM) with the potential to grow into a full-time position
- Support hiring across all three company locations, including a Miami, Florida office with Spanish-speaking contacts
- Participate in onboarding meetings with leadership to develop a thorough understanding of the company's operations, culture, and expectations
- Collaborate closely with Thomas and company leadership to align recruitment efforts with the company's growth plan
- Manage both employee recruitment and subcontractor vetting under a unified HR function
