Job Overview
Our client, an innovative leader in drug-free wellness and wearable neurotech, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support customers and distributors across North America and Europe. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and live chats using advanced back-office IT systems to assist with product inquiries, order processing, and account updates. This 100% remote position requires fluent English and at least 2 years of fast-paced call center experience. It offers a permanent work-from-home setup, health coverage, and paid vacation days (10 days + a few additional days during Christmas/New Year).
Schedule
Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5 pm EDT/EST with 30 minutes unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Handles inbound phone calls, emails, and Live Chat with customers and distributors via world class back-office IT systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries about products, orders, and account issues in a professional, timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on company policies and promotions.
- Demonstrates a strong customer focus and effectively handles a wide range of customer inquiries by following established procedures and guidelines.
- Provides accurate and reliable support regarding account information, policies, promotions, orders, products, returns, and website navigation.
- Processes adjustments, replacements, returns, refunds, credits, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Stays up to date on products, promotions, systems, and customer service practices by using available training and resources.
- Shares ideas and feedback to help improve processes and the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment supporting North American and/or European customers.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and comfortable working across multiple systems and learning new software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrates initiative, follow-through, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Additional linguistic skills such as French, Spanish and other European languages is preferred but not required
