Social Media and Website Support
Job Overview
Our client is seeking a creative, proactive, and tech-savvy social media & Web Support Manager to oversee the digital presence of three growing business brands. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong social media management skills with website development experience and a passion for implementing automation to improve business efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging online content, maintaining and enhancing Wix websites, developing sales funnels, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM AWST (Port Kennedy, Australia)
- 20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Create and design branded social media graphics, templates, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Plan, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across three separate business brands.
- Monitor engagement and support audience growth through strategic content management.
Website Management & Development
- Build, update, and maintain Wix websites to support business operations, client engagement, and program delivery.
- Manage website functionality, plugins, integrations, and content updates.
- Optimize website user experience and ensure websites remain current, professional, and aligned with business objectives.
Marketing Automation & Sales Funnels
- Create and implement sales funnels to support lead generation, program launches, and customer onboarding.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline client journeys and business processes.
- Assist in replacing manual systems with automated solutions, including payment collection and course enrolment processes.
- Research and implement chatbot or messaging automation tools to improve customer engagement and response times.
Advertising & Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with the setup, monitoring, and management of Facebook advertising campaigns and other paid marketing initiatives.
- Support future digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements where appropriate.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide general digital and administrative support as required.
- Assist with the implementation of systems and processes that improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the business owner to support ongoing business growth initiatives.
Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of proven experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva with the ability to create professional-quality branded content.
- Hands-on experience building, managing, and maintaining Wix or Kajabi websites.
- Apps or tools centered to Kajabi, Canva, social media management, content creation (mainly design of Canva templates and video editing)
- Experience with website integrations, plugins, and basic troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of sales funnel creation and marketing automation tools.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
