Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a dedicated B2B Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will focus on the North American B2B hospitality and commercial furniture market. Your primary objective will be appointment setting only; final closing will be handled by the client.
Schedule:
9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week, 4-5 hours per day)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to prospective B2B clients including restaurant groups, hotel groups, and equipment dealers
- Identify and research target companies and key decision-maker contacts for outreach campaigns
- Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the internal sales team to close
- Maintain consistent and persistent follow-up cadences with prospects to maximize engagement
- Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline, providing regular progress updates
- Re-engage dormant leads and past prospects to uncover new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales or appointment setting experience
- Experience using VoIP phone systems for outbound calling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural, conversational tone
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Adaptable and eager to learn about new industries and product lines
