Real Estate Cold Caller (Appointment Setting)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated and driven Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will focus on cold outreach to property owners and real estate investors, utilizing structured morning calling blocks to target high-value prospects. While you will initially use script-based outreach, you will have the flexibility to refine messaging over time to maximize success.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM MT (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners and investors using a consultative, curiosity-driven approach
  • Secure and confirm appointments for 15-minute follow-up meetings with the sales team
  • Document detailed notes and relevant information gathered during each call into the CRM
  • Perform follow-up outreach with prospects who have shown initial interest to move them through the pipeline
  • Manage and update contact records, emails, and files to ensure accurate tracking of all interactions
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and nurture leads through the full appointment-setting process

Requirements

  • Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or consultative sales environments
  • Experience in real estate or property management sales is required
  • Ability to follow a script while adapting naturally based on conversation flow
  • Strong active listening skills with ability to uncover prospect needs and pain points
  • Highly self-motivated, especially in a performance-based, incentive-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail for CRM management and call documentation
