Job Description

The  Operations & CRM Administrator (Simpro / Service Desk Support)  will provide internal administrative and operational support to the service and maintenance team. This role is internal-facing and focuses on CRM management, contract administration, invoicing, and coordination between service, procurement, and accounts teams. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple operational tasks independently.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week - Aligned with client business hours United Kingdom (UK time zone)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the CRM platform (Simpro) with service and job ticket information
  • Create new service contracts and close expired contracts in the system
  • Update job tickets and support logs accurately
  • Process invoices and coordinate with accounts team for billing
  • Liaise with procurement for equipment orders to support service team needs
  • Coordinate internal workflows between service, procurement, and accounts teams
  • Support the service desk team with general administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure all records, logs, and contracts are up-to-date and accurate

Requirements (Skills)

  • 3–4 years of experience in administrative, operational, or customer support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with Simpro is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high accuracy in records
  • Comfortable coordinating between multiple internal teams
