Schedule:

Monday - Friday, Flexible from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST  (4 hrs per day, 20 hrs per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
  • Create branded content that supports marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, product updates, and company announcements.
  • Develop visual content for healthcare education, community engagement, recruitment, and employer branding efforts.
  • Design social media carousels, infographics, promotional materials, and short-form digital assets.
  • Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
  • Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and content teams to translate messaging into engaging visual content.
  • Stay up to date with social media design trends, platform best practices, and emerging creative formats.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Assist in developing templates and creative systems to improve content production efficiency.
  • Optimize designs for various digital platforms and audience segments.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Designer, or similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, branding projects, and digital marketing assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
  • Experience creating content optimized for various social media platforms.
  • Understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability duly to interpret brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all deliverables.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience working with healthcare, technology, SaaS, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
  • Basic motion graphics or video editing skills are highly desirable.
