Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Assistant to manage content creation, social media engagement, performance tracking, and digital growth initiatives.
This role requires someone who can independently manage a content calendar, create engaging posts, analyze results, and help generate stronger online visibility for the business.

A growing UK property management business looking to strengthen its online presence, increase brand visibility, and improve digital engagement with landlords, tenants, and potential customers.
The company is looking for a creative marketing professional who can bring consistency, strategy, and structure to its social media channels.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule within the client’s business hours (GMT/BST, 20 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management & Content Creation
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximize reach
- Create graphics, captions, short-form content, and marketing materials
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity
- Build and maintain a structured content calendar
- Research trends and recommend new content opportunities
- Suggest improvements to strengthen brand presence
- Lead Engagement & Community Management
- Monitor social media messages, comments, and enquiries
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads
- Qualify and escalate potential business opportunities
- Ensure no potential customer enquiries are missed
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation ability
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms
- Strong copywriting and visual communication skills
- Ability to interpret analytics and improve performance
- Experience managing content calendars
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Highly-Regarded Skills & Experience:
- Experience marketing property, real estate, or service businesses
- Canva or graphic design experience
- Short-form video editing experience
- Experience responding to social media leads
- Influencer or partnership outreach experience
- Knowledge of paid social advertising
