- Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 40 hours per week)

- Remote position working with a US-based electrical contractor.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries.
- Schedule estimates and manage the master project schedule.
- Conduct outreach to clients for invoice follow-ups and project updates.
- Maintain and track invoices and financial records accurately.
- Organize project documentation using Excel and spreadsheets.
- Provide reliable backup for existing team members during busy periods.
Requirements:
- Exceptional English proficiency with a subtle, professional accent.
- High level of organization to manage multiple moving parts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office technology.
- Previous experience in administrative or basic accounting roles.
- Friendly and professional tone for client-facing communication.
- Reliability for a long-term, full-time commitment.
