Medical Billing & Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Billing & Customer Care Specialist to join our team. Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday
  • 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST with one hour of unpaid break

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments to ensure an organized schedule
  • Retrieve and process incoming faxes from physicians and healthcare providers
  • Support medical billing and administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience in medical billing, healthcare administration, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computers and scheduling systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
