Job Overview
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Intake Coordinator (English-Spanish) to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is critical in delivering a professional, empathetic, and efficient intake experience for Spanish-speaking clients in the U.S., particularly within the elderly care legal services space.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, Tuesday - Saturday, or Wednesday - Sunday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients in both English and Spanish with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct accurate client intake by capturing and documenting lead information in internal systems.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to maintain engagement and ensure timely communication.
- Provide general information about the firm’s elderly care legal services during intake calls.
- Relay qualified leads and client updates to the sales/legal team for next steps.
- Maintain accurate, organised, and up-to-date client records across all systems.
- Ensure a high level of responsiveness and service quality across all interactions.
Requirements
- Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in a client-facing intake, customer service, reception, or administrative role.
- High attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Comfortable working independently in a structured remote environment.
