Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Product Data Entry Specialist to support the ongoing growth of their travel product catalog. In this role, you will be responsible for transferring product information from supplier websites to their WordPress platform, ensuring listings are accurate, visually appealing, and consistently formatted. This is an ongoing part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detail-focused work.

Client Overview

Our client is a growing travel and tourism business that specializes in curated weekend getaway experiences across Australia. Their team works with accommodation and experience providers to create memorable travel packages for customers looking for unique and convenient escape options.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, Flexible hours during Business hours [AEST/AEDT] (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Copy product information from supplier websites into the company’s WordPress website
• Create and update product listings using established templates and formatting standards
• Download and upload product images for each listing
• Duplicate existing listings and update content with new supplier information
• Ensure product descriptions, pricing details, and images are accurate and complete
• Maintain consistency across all listings in terms of formatting, presentation, and structure
• Review entries for accuracy and correct any discrepancies before publishing
• Support the ongoing expansion of travel products across multiple Australian destinations

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, website content management, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow established processes and formatting standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
• Experience using WordPress or other content management systems and familiarity with uploading and managing website content and images is preferred.
• Previous exposure to e-commerce, travel, or tourism-related businesses is preferred.
