Customer Service & Outbound Engagement Specialist (Finance & CRM Support)
Overview:
We operate a fast-growing finance brokerage with two distinct service arms—a high-conversion traditional finance brokerage and an alternative vehicle subscription program designed to support clients working toward finance approval. We are seeking a Customer Service & Outbound Engagement Specialist (Finance & CRM Support) to manage our high-volume lead pipeline. In this fast-paced role, we rely on you to conduct outbound follow-ups, manage CRM activities systematically, track outstanding document requests, and help guide prospects smoothly through the finance approval journey. The ideal candidate brings strong resilience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a repetitive, high-frequency calling environment.
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST
Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls to new leads within the CRM system, following up on inquiries generated through digital marketing channels

Schedule callback appointments in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up communication with prospects at designated times

Chase outstanding document requests from clients and make follow-up calls to ensure all required paperwork is submitted

Update the CRM system with detailed notes after each interaction, including client responses, document status updates, and next action steps

Communicate effectively with clients who may be working toward finance approval, explaining wait times and requirements in a supportive manner
Must-Have Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in customer service or outbound calling roles with demonstrated success in high-volume environments

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally and persuasively over the phone

Strong familiarity with CRM systems including scheduling appointments, updating records, and tracking client interactions

Proven ability to manage follow-up schedules and maintain consistent communication across multiple leads simultaneously

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to track document requests and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Nice-to-Have Requirements:

Previous experience in finance, lending, automotive sales, or subscription-based service industries

Familiarity with lead qualification processes and understanding of sales pipeline management

Experience working with Australian clients or understanding of Australian business communication styles
