Job Overview
Our client is seeking a hands-on and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of the firm’s marketing function. This is a specialist-level role requiring independence, initiative, and the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies with minimal supervision.
You will work closely with leadership to plan, implement, and optimize marketing activities across digital channels, with a strong focus on lead generation, content, and brand growth. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically while also executing day-to-day marketing tasks.

An established professional services firm based in Sydney, servicing clients across Australia. The business is focused on delivering high-quality advisory and client services while expanding its digital and marketing capabilities to strengthen brand visibility and drive consistent client acquisition.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, Flexible hours within Australian business hours (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to drive brand growth, client acquisition, and lead generation
- Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking
- Create, optimize, and maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital content to improve visibility and engagement
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategy
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights, while continuously optimizing campaigns based on data, trends, and platform algorithms
- Work independently to manage ongoing marketing operations and execute targeted campaigns and outreach initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio
- Strong experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital strategy
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing outcomes
- Excellent communication skills for direct collaboration with leadership
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategy accordingly
- Familiarity with marketing tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards
