Job Overview

This is a full-time remote appointment setting role focused on qualifying warm leads and directing interested prospects to watch educational video content. The role does not involve closing sales, only opening conversations, building rapport, and transferring qualified prospects to the closing team. Callers will work with warm leads from the crypto community who have already expressed interest in alternative investment education.

Client Overview

Our client is a cryptocurrency education platform offering comprehensive learning resources about decentralized finance and digital asset investing. The company provides a structured community-based learning environment with verified infrastructure and transparent business practices.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM Arizona Standard Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (35 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Follow provided call scripts to open conversations with warm leads using the company dialer system.
• Ask qualifying questions and build rapport with prospects interested in cryptocurrency education.
• Direct qualified prospects to watch educational video content on the company website.
• Transfer video-engaged prospects to the internal closing team for final sales conversations.
• Disposition calls accurately within the Ready Mode dialer system to maintain lead tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting or outbound calling roles.
• Comfortable working with established scripts and call flows while maintaining natural conversation.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency or decentralized finance concepts.
• Previous experience using dialer systems or CRM platforms.
• Background working with warm leads or inbound-interested prospects.
