Logistics & Sales Conversion Coordinator
Job Overview
Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Logistics & Sales Conversion Coordinator to convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings through proactive phone outreach and premium customer service. In this role, you will manage daily client communications, build trust with potential customers, and help achieve a 30-40% conversion rate from approximately 100 weekly leads generated through Google Ads. This position requires someone who can relate to customers, explain services clearly, and handle pricing discussions while working closely with the business owner during the initial learning phase.
Client Overview
The client is a growing company based in Sydney, Australia, specializing in high-end residential and commercial moving services. They operate seven days a week and focus on providing secure, professional moving services with attention to detail and customer care.
Schedule

Flexible schedule Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Contact new leads promptly during business hours via phone to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Qualifying Inquiries: Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs including moving dates, time slots, locations, stairs, truck access distance, and inventory details.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with potential customers through conversational, friendly communication while maintaining professionalism.
- CRM Administration: Manage customer information and lead status updates accurately within the proprietary CRM system (Mover Mate).
- Pricing Coordination: Coordinate with the business owner on pricing strategies based on suburb, area, and job complexity.
- Pipeline Follow-up: Follow up diligently with customers who request callbacks or need additional time to make decisions.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Handle scheduling adjustments when multiple jobs are booked on the same day and coordinate active rescheduling when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably with logistics, moving, or service-based companies.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex services clearly and build customer trust over the phone.
- University educated or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience working with CRM systems and comfortable learning new software platforms.
- Proven track record of meeting conversion or sales targets in previous roles.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with Australian companies or clients.
- Familiarity with the removalist (moving or relocating service) or logistics industry.
- Experience conducting competitive research by analyzing other companies' sales approaches.
