Our client is seeking a skilled Back Office Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive back office and operational support to a growing team. This role will focus on email management, data entry, order processing, and administrative tasks that support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Client Overview
Our client is a rapidly growing small business in the operational sector that has expanded from 7 to approximately 15-18 employees over the past year. They are seeking to add dedicated administrative support to handle increasing back office operations as they continue to scale.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST, (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage email correspondence on behalf of the client
- Perform data entry tasks and organize incoming data using Excel
- Handle order entry into the company's operating system
- Manage and organize non-administrative tasks as assigned
- Assist with on-time delivery reporting and tracking as experience develops
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar operational support role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in data organization and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with order entry systems or similar operational software
- Experience creating or working with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with reporting systems and delivery tracking processes (Nice-to-Have)
