Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to serve as the first point of contact for their business. This role involves managing inbound customer service calls, coordinating appointment calendars, and responding to email inquiries to ensure smooth daily operations.

Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer service calls and provide a professional first point of contact for the business
- Schedule home inspection, septic, and testing appointments accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer email inquiries in a timely and helpful manner
- Manage and coordinate appointment calendars to ensure smooth daily operations
- Communicate service details, availability, and next steps clearly to customers
- Collaborate with the business owner via Zoom for training and ongoing communication
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or call-handling role
- Ability to multitask between phone calls, emails, and scheduling duties
- High level of attention to detail when booking and confirming appointments
- Familiarity with cloud-based phone systems such as RingCentral
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
