Social Media Community Manager (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Overview:

We are a growing digital marketing agency with a team of 13 professionals supporting a portfolio of approximately 30 clients. Specializing in social media management, the agency is continually expanding its service offerings to meet evolving client needs.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Community Manager (Google Ads & Meta Ads) to oversee community engagement across multiple client social media accounts. This role is responsible for monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions across approximately 30 client accounts through a centralized social media management platform. It presents an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building online communities and is interested in growing into a broader social media management role as the agency continues to scale.

Schedule:

  • Mon to Fri, 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM UK Time Zone (GMT/BST)

  • Split shift schedule to cover inbox checks at 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 8:00 PM

  • Weekend coverage on Saturdays and Sundays (twice per day)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor client social media inboxes four times daily during weekdays (9:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM, and 8:00 PM UK time) and twice daily on weekends

  • Respond to messages and comments using pre-approved response templates provided in a reference spreadsheet

  • Review and manage community interactions across all client accounts through the Metricool platform

  • Escalate non-standard inquiries via WhatsApp chat to the internal team for guidance on appropriate responses

  • Maintain consistent and timely communication with clients' social media communities

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads experience to assist with our clients ad campaigns 

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, including the ability to reference and copy information accurately

  • Ability to work UK business hours, including split shifts to cover specified inbox check times

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads experience to assist with our clients' ad campaigns

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

  • Previous experience with social media management or content creation

  • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Metricool or similar tools

  • Background working with multiple clients or in an agency environment
