OVERVIEW This is a part-time remote sales role focused on conducting pre-booked sales meetings with prospective clients in the US market. The position involves conducting quick-fire video sales meetings lasting approximately 25 minutes each, with opportunities to earn commission on closed deals. This role offers potential growth to full-time hours based on performance and may expand into additional opportunities within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct pre-booked video sales meetings with prospective clients, approximately 25 minutes per meeting (70% of role) Present products and services effectively, handle objections, and close sales with transaction values between $750 and $2,000 Update CRM system with accurate information following each sales call and meeting Pre-call booked meetings to verify attendance and confirm appointments Reschedule no-show appointments and manage follow-up communications Attend regular KPI meetings and contribute to sales performance discussions Complete sales administration tasks including documentation and reporting (30% of role)

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in sales roles with demonstrated ability to close deals

Excellent communication skills with clear, professional verbal presentation abilities

Strong video conferencing presence with professional and charismatic demeanor on camera

Comfortable with online meeting platforms and conducting sales presentations remotely

Proficient in CRM systems and sales administration processes Ability to handle objections effectively and navigate complex sales conversations

Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment

 

NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS Previous experience working with US-based clients or markets Background in business services or similar industry sectors Experience with commission-based compensation structures Familiarity with sales cycles involving high-value transactions

 

Part-Time Compensation:
- 4 hours per day.
- Plus 10% Commission.

Training:
- Training will be provided.

- Good internet and webcam for video calls.
- Sales experience.

Sales Admin (30%):
- Pre-calling booked meetings to verify attendance.
- Updating the CRM with sales call results.
- Rescheduling no-shows.

Sales Calls (70%):
- US-based sales calls.
- Video calls, so presentation is key.
