Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused B2B Business Development Representative (Healthcare & EdTech SaaS) to expand partnerships within the Philippine healthcare recruitment and nursing education market.
This role focuses on outbound sales, partnership development, product demonstrations, CRM management, and account acquisition. The ideal candidate understands consultative selling and can build relationships with staffing agencies, migration companies, nursing schools, and healthcare training organizations.
You will be responsible for introducing the platform as a solution that improves candidate preparation and supports successful NCLEX outcomes.
Schedule
- Aligned with Philippine business hours, with flexibility for international client outreach; 40+ hours per week
Key Responsibilities
B2B Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound outreach to Philippine nursing recruitment, staffing, and migration agencies
- Identify companies supporting nurses preparing for U.S. employment opportunities
- Research decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists
- Engage prospects through:

- LinkedIn communication
- WhatsApp messaging
- Follow-up campaigns

Conduct secondary outreach to nursing schools, training organizations, and review centers
Sales & Partnership Development
- Qualify potential business partners and identify organizational needs
- Present the platform professionally through product demonstrations
- Explain platform benefits and value proposition to decision-makers
- Manage conversations from initial contact through closing
- Support bulk licensing agreements and organizational partnerships
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare industry partners
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Track outreach activities, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities
- Provide regular updates on sales activity and conversion progress
- Ensure no qualified opportunities are missed through structured follow-up
- Share market feedback to improve sales messaging and strategy
Marketing & Business Development Support
- Support outbound email campaigns targeting potential U.S. clients
- Assist with AI-powered social media marketing initiatives
- Use AI tools to improve prospect research, messaging, and content creation
- Identify new growth channels and partnership opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership acquisition
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone, or messaging platforms
- Strong ability to communicate with business owners and decision-makers
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Comfortable presenting software platforms and conducting online demos
- Experience managing CRM pipelines and structured follow-ups
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
Highly Regarded Skills & Experience
- Experience selling SaaS, EdTech, healthcare products, or online platforms
- Background working with healthcare recruitment, staffing, or education industries
- Understanding of the Philippine nursing industry or international healthcare recruitment process
- Experience selling to agencies, schools, or enterprise clients
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar sales tools
- Experience using AI tools for sales research, outreach, or marketing
