Job Overview
Our client is looking for a motivated and resilient Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to join their team. In this role, you will focus exclusively on outbound lead generation and appointment setting for roofing services, working from purchased contact lists provided by the client. You will play a crucial role in building measurable KPIs around call volume, contact rates, and appointments booked, with the potential to scale to a full-time role based on your performance and results.
Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls from purchased lead lists to generate interest in roofing services
- Schedule qualified appointments directly into the company's calendar
- Overcome objections and handle rejection professionally to maintain a strong conversion rate
- Track call outcomes and maintain accurate records of contacts and appointments set
- Meet daily and weekly call volume and appointment-setting KPIs
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing within a sales environment
- Strong objection-handling skills and resilience in high-rejection scenarios
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setting
- High level of attention to detail when logging call data and scheduling appointments
