Our client is a growing home services business focused on delivering high-quality solutions to residential and commercial clients. As they continue to scale their operations, they are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support their marketing initiatives, maintain CRM accuracy, and assist with administrative tasks that help drive business growth.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible Hours (20 work hours per week) | Central Time
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms using existing posts, videos, and marketing assets
- Maintain and update records within JobNimbus CRM to ensure accurate pipeline, customer, and project tracking
- Repurpose existing e-books, videos, and marketing materials into engaging social media content
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and operational requirements
- Coordinate with the existing VA Team Lead to prioritize tasks and align deliverables
- Monitor social media engagement and provide basic performance reporting and insights
- Ensure CRM records remain organized, accurate, and up to date
- Follow established SOPs, onboarding materials, and internal workflows
- Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and content across all channels
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media marketing, content scheduling, or digital marketing support
- Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably JobNimbus or similar systems
- Ability to follow documented processes and complete structured onboarding independently
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable collaborating within a remote team environment
- Proficiency with common business and productivity tools
