Overview

Use your voice to drive sales and build a reliable income without leaving home. Working on meaningful campaigns for a fast-moving, well-established U.S. automotive brand, you will connect with clients and set appointments within a supportive team environment. This remote role offers a stable income, flexible hours, and commission opportunities without the hassle of a daily commute.

Schedule

Monday - Saturday, 09:00 AM - 08:00 PM ET, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using prepared scripts and campaigns
• Set sales and service appointments for dealerships across the U.S.
• Perform warm transfers to internal teams as needed
• Keep CRM records accurate and updated after every call

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service
• Professional English and Spanish communication skills for international business calls.
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfort following structured processes and adjusting to various call flows
• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote environment
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, computer with webcam, and a wired headset
