B2B SaaS Sales Development Representative (Enterprise Construction)

Our client is a rapidly growing enterprise platform serving the construction industry across Europe and North America. They are expanding their sales development team to support growth in existing markets and new regional expansion.

Job Overview

We are seeking Sales Development Representatives to join an existing team and drive appointment setting for account executives. The role focuses on outbound prospecting through multi-channel outreach including cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns. Successful candidates will target prospects in North America (US and Canada) and work to achieve approximately 20 qualified appointments per month. This role comes with commissions/incentives!

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm, Central European Time (CET)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calling with a target of approximately 80 calls per day to prospects in the construction industry.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using phone, LinkedIn, and email to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads from provided contact lists including company information, phone numbers, email addresses, and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for account executives, ensuring high show rates through effective need-based pitching.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system (Membrain).

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of successful appointment setting.
  • Strong cold calling skills with excellent verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • SaaS or technology industry experience.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry or enterprise software solutions.
