Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a commercial real estate investment fund and a luxury travel business. This role involves administrative, research, social media, and operational support, including website management, market research, data organization, and client communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, highly organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with opportunities to grow into more client-facing responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities
Administrative & Research Support
- Build and maintain a company website using a drag-and-drop platform by replicating and adapting content from reference sites
- Conduct basic market analysis and research to support commercial real estate investment activities
- Manage and organize data using spreadsheets and financial models to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and follow up on client communications as the role evolves
- Support the luxury travel business by researching hotels, restaurants, events, and travel experiences
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Post pre-approved and ready-made content across social media platforms
- Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, and inquiries
- Assist with basic social media management and content scheduling
- Support light marketing initiatives, online research, and brand-building activities
- Create or edit simple graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms
Operations Support
- Maintain organized records, databases, and project documentation
- Assist with various administrative tasks across both businesses
- Support day-to-day business operations and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Background or familiarity with commercial real estate terminology and processes preferred
- Strong proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and general office productivity tools
- Experience with social media platforms and basic content management
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools) preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data or reports
- Proactive, resourceful, and highly organized
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Scope
- Part-time engagement at 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling during business hours
- Support two businesses under one operator: a commercial real estate investment fund and a luxury travel venture
- Role expected to grow into more client-facing and outreach-oriented responsibilities over time
- Perform administrative, research, marketing, social media, and operational support functions
- Serve as the primary administrative support handling day-to-day back-office activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial real estate experience is a strong advantage
- Social media management experience is a plus
- Experience creating marketing graphics and visual content is highly desirable
- Background supporting small businesses, entrepreneurs, or investment-related operations preferred
