Job Description

You’ll be the vital link between potential customers and our client's sales team, setting high-quality appointments that drive revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills while working with a company that values systematic processes and strong follow-through. You’ll engage with homeowners interested in window solutions and ensure our sales team’s time is maximized through proper appointment confirmation and follow-up procedures.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Client Timezone: Alexandria, NSW

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to engage target audience and potential clients
  • Schedule face-to-face appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Handle phone appointment setting as needed based on prospect preferences
  • Follow up with scheduled appointments to confirm attendance and prevent no-shows
  • Contact prospects the day before appointments to ensure sales team efficiency
  • Maintain detailed appointment scheduling processes and protocols
  • Ensure sales representatives don’t travel to meetings in vain through proper confirmation procedures
  • Track appointment conversion rates and provide feedback on lead quality

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or outbound sales
  • Strong communication and engagement skills with ability to build rapport quickly
  • Experience with phone-based customer interaction and CRM systems
  • Ability to follow structured processes and maintain detailed records
  • Reliable internet connection and professional phone setup
  • Bonus if you have experience in home improvement or construction industry
  • It helps if you’re familiar with voice over IP systems and calling software
