Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor campaign results for hospice agency clients to ensure quality leads are generated.
  • Review the daily outputs of existing outbound caller VAs and ensure they remain on track.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for agencies, responding to questions about scripts and campaign setups.
  • Relay critical updates, agent feedback, and client questions back to Adrian and the core team.
  • Help coordinate campaign launches, making sure technical and operations elements run smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in client account management, coordination, or customer success.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a professional accent.
  • Strong organizational skills to oversee other team members (outbound callers) and review their work.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically GoHighLevel (or the ability to learn it quickly).
  • Ability to maintain professional standards when communicating with medical/hospice clients.

Scope:

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 12pm Pacific
  • Work remotely using your designated CRM and GoHighLevel tools.
  • Utilize provided outbound calling software/dialers as required for tracking campaigns.
  • Provide regular weekly updates and daily team check-ins to ensure seamless campaign flow.
