Responsibilities:
- Cold call expired, withdrawn, and for-sale-by-owner leads to re-engage homeowners and generate listing opportunities
- Qualify prospects through targeted questioning to ensure leads meet criteria before scheduling appointments
- Schedule showing and listing appointments directly on the client's calendar based on availability
- Confirm all booked appointments in advance to minimize no-shows and wasted time
- Maintain organized records of call outcomes, follow-ups, and lead statuses within the CRM
- Conduct consistent follow-up calls with prospects who showed initial interest but did not commit
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry
- Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to navigate resistance and build rapport quickly
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, approachable, and confident phone presence
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing lead lists and appointment schedules
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and dialer tools
Scope:
- Work schedule of 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time to maximize homeowner contactability
- Utilize Vulcan Seven's integrated dialer and lead lists to make outbound calls using a US-based caller ID
- Operate within a B2C environment, contacting individual homeowners across multiple US states
- Manage a pipeline of 800+ active seller contacts and work through lists systematically
- Coordinate directly with the client to ensure calendar alignment and appointment quality
- Contribute to a target of securing one to two qualified listing appointments per week
