We are seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our CRM and marketing automation systems. In this remote role, you will take full ownership of building advanced workflows, sales funnels, pipelines, and seamless integrations with third-party tools like Zapier. As a systems-oriented professional, you will proactively identify operational bottlenecks, troubleshoot automated sequences, and ensure data accuracy across dashboards. This independent contractor position is ideal for an automation expert dedicated to improving lead management and maximizing operational efficiency.

 

Job Highlights

Schedule: Mon-Fri, flexible during business hours, EST timezone (20-34 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel CRM accounts, pipelines, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain automated workflows, triggers, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences.
• Create and optimize landing pages, sales funnels, forms, surveys, calendars, and appointment booking systems.
• Configure and manage lead routing, tagging, custom fields, and opportunity pipelines.
• Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools such as Zapier, Stripe, Calendly, Google Workspace, Meta Lead Forms, and other business applications.
• Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot workflow, funnel, and integration issues.
• Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Create reports and dashboards to track lead conversion, campaign performance, and operational metrics.
• Maintain documentation for workflows, automation logic, and system processes.
• Stay current with GoHighLevel feature updates and industry best practices.

 

Requirements

• Proven experience working with GoHighLevel in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of CRM management, sales pipelines, and marketing automation.
• Experience building workflows, triggers, funnels, and automated communication sequences.
• Familiarity with integrations using Zapier, webhooks, APIs, and other automation platforms.
• Experience with email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

 

Nice to have

• Experience working with digital marketing agencies, lead generation companies, or SaaS businesses.
• Knowledge of A2P 10DLC registration and SMS compliance.
• Experience with Meta/Facebook Lead Ads integration.
• Familiarity with AI-powered automations, chatbots, and advanced workflow design.
• Experience creating snapshots and managing multiple sub-accounts.
