Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant / Real Estate Content Creator to join a fast-paced Canadian real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of property marketing materials, from video editing to social media management, ensuring every listing receives maximum exposure through polished and professional content.
 
Schedule:
Part Time - 20h per week - Monday-Friday 10am-2pm- EST
 
Client Timezone: Canada
 
Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage engaging content across TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to promote listings.
  • Design professional property flyers, open house materials, and marketing collateral using Canva.
  • Produce and edit property walkthrough videos and video clips using CapCut or similar tools.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.
  • Update and manage lead contacts and follow-up tasks within Follow Up Boss CRM.
  • Support light administrative functions related to real estate marketing operations.
  • Collaborate directly with the client on content strategy and daily marketing priorities.
 
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)  
  • Proficiency in CapCut and Canva for high-quality video and graphic production.
  • Strong visual eye with the ability to produce polished, professional marketing materials.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to meet tight production deadlines.
  • Excellent written English communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Bonus if you have experience specifically within the real estate industry.
  • It helps if you have familiarity with Follow Up Boss or other real estate CRM platforms.
