Lead Generation Specialist

Overview:

Drive the supply-side growth of our client’s marketplace by launching high-impact outbound email and text campaigns targeting property hosts, event organizers, and creators. In this non-voice role, you will leverage automation tools and manage domain deliverability to scale outreach across global sporting events and entertainment experiences. It is a fantastic opportunity to independently own and optimize a vital pipeline that directly impacts the platform's global expansion.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via email and text to Airbnb hosts, housing owners, and event organizers to drive listings on the client’s platform
  • Reach out to creators, influencers, and football supporter groups to establish partnerships and expand the platform's reach
  • Manage and optimize multiple sending domains to ensure high deliverability and inbox placement
  • Leverage automation tools to scale outreach while maintaining personalization and message quality
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates and response rates across all outbound campaigns
  • Maintain organized records of outreach activity, responses, and pipeline progress

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in email and text-based lead generation or outbound outreach campaigns
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain management, and inbox placement best practices
  • Experience with outreach automation workflows and the ability to set up scalable processes
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive, concise messages
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on tracking and optimizing conversion and response metrics
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously

Scope

  • Non-voice role focused entirely on email and text-based outreach
  • Target audiences include Airbnb hosts, housing owners, event organizers, creators, influencer partners, and football supporter groups
  • Work with existing company domains and automation infrastructure
  • Support the platform's growth across global sporting events, concerts, and entertainment experiences
