Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor to take full ownership of our digital content strategy and execution. You will build our social media presence from the ground up, producing high-quality video and graphic content while educating the business owner on social media best practices.

Schedule

  • Flexible during GMT working hours; 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging video content including training videos, announcements, and promotional material
  • Develop graphics and digital visualizations for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Manage and schedule content across all major social media platforms simultaneously
  • Repurpose core content across multiple channels to maximize reach and engagement
  • Monitor social media performance and provide weekly reports on engagement metrics
  • Respond to direct messages and manage community interactions to drive outreach
  • Proactively provide strategic direction for brand consistency and audience growth
  • Participate in team Zoom sessions to maintain open communication and alignment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency with AI-powered content creation tools and professional video editing software
  • Deep familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram algorithms and best practices
  • Fluent English communication skills for both content writing and team collaboration
  • Creative eye for brand consistency and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and build strategies from limited existing material
  • Bonus if you have experience expanding brands into TikTok and other short-form video platforms
  • It helps if you have prior experience working in a remote, virtual office environment
