Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile AI Content & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can blend traditional administrative support with modern AI-driven content adaptation and visual content creation to help us scale our educational impact.

Client Overview:

We are an established online educational school based in Hong Kong, with a remote team spread across the UK. We deliver digital learning programmes to young learners and are looking for a dedicated assistant to help manage our growth and creative content needs.

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule during the client’s business hours, with at least 2 hours per day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm (UK Time, 20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Adapt and reformat educational book content using AI tools like ChatGPT to suit younger audiences.
• Extract text from PDFs and perform quality checks on adapted content to ensure accuracy.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including document organisation and cloud-based file management.
• Create basic visual content and graphics to maintain brand consistency across all digital materials.
• Support light website updates and source or generate images using AI tools as directed.
• Download and organise financial documents such as invoices and receipts for accounting purposes.
• Assist with general communications and administrative coordination across the team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an administrative or virtual assistant, ideally supporting UK-based companies.
• High comfort level using AI-based tools such as ChatGPT for content processing and generation.
• A strong eye for visual aesthetics and experience creating basic graphics or social media content.
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Excel, and Microsoft Word for everyday administrative work.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling content adaptation and quality checks.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Bonus if you have experience in the online education sector.
• It helps if you have a background in supporting digital-first brands.
