Job Overview

Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Development Representative (Print Services) to support outbound outreach efforts targeting screen printing companies. This role is focused on generating interest, introducing their production art services, and driving qualified prospects to their website.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Part-Time, Flexible during client business hours CST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to screen printing businesses and present the company's production art services.
• Research and identify new prospects to continually expand the sales pipeline.
• Deliver a compelling value proposition using provided scripts and messaging.
• Qualify leads and encourage interested prospects to visit the company website for additional information.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, call outcomes, and lead status within the CRM.
• Provide regular feedback on lead quality, call performance, and common objections.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B outbound sales.
• Professional English verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to research and build prospect lists independently.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and CRM management skills.
