Job Overview

We are seeking a resilient and self-motivated Real Estate Cold Caller to help scale our prospecting and lead generation efforts. In this remote role, you will source real estate agents directly from MLS listings, conduct high-volume outbound calls, and pre-qualify leads using a structured set of questions. As the primary point of contact, you will manage follow-up communications and facilitate warm handoffs to the client for qualified opportunities. The ideal candidate has prior real estate cold calling experience and the conversational confidence to adapt naturally beyond a script.

 

Job Highlights

Schedule: Mon-Fri, flexible across EST, CST, and PST timezone (20 hours per week)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

 

Responsibilities

• Source and identify prospective real estate agent leads from MLS listings
• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to real estate agents across multiple U.S. time zones
• Pre-qualify leads using a structured set of questions provided by the client
• Schedule appointments or facilitate warm handoffs to the client for qualified prospects
• Manage follow-up communications via email or additional calls when conversations are not completed in a single interaction
• Maintain organized call logs and lead tracking documentation

 

Requirements

• Prior experience in cold calling within the real estate industry
• Strong conversational skills with the ability to engage real estate professionals at their level
• Resilience and persistence in handling high rejection rates across large call volumes
• Ability to go off-script naturally and adapt to the flow of conversation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
