Responsibilities

  • Own and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Meta and Google targeting the above audience segments
  • Drive organic growth across Instagram, X, Facebook, and Threads
  • Run community outreach to fan groups, Reddit threads, WhatsApp communities, and supporter clubs where the target audience already lives
  • Work with our AI marketing infrastructure to automate and scale outreach and content
  • Identify and activate growth loops — referral mechanics, viral content, community seeding
  • Report on performance weekly against agreed KPIs and iterate rapidly on what's working

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition role
  • Proven results — specific numbers you've moved on a consumer product
  • Hands-on experience running Meta and Google campaigns independently
  • Experience targeting niche, passion-driven communities is a strong plus
  • Comfortable with AI tools to automate and accelerate output
  • Self-directed, owns outcomes, moves without hand-holding
  • A genuine interest in football or global sporting events is a plus
