Brand & Website Content Assistant

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand & Website Content Assistant to support the company’s online presence and digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design eye, hands-on content creation experience, and a solid understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.

The successful candidate will help strengthen the brand, increase engagement, and support business growth through strategic and visually engaging digital marketing initiatives.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule within the client’s business hours (Australian Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Social Media & Content Creation
    • Manage and grow social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
    • Create engaging content, including graphics, captions, reels, short-form videos, and promotional materials
    • Plan, schedule, and publish social media content aligned with the company’s brand and campaigns
    • Monitor engagement and assist with community interaction and audience growth
  • Website & Digital Content
    • Update and maintain website content, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and aligned with branding
    • Assist with website editing, landing page updates, blogs, and promotional content
    • Ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Digital Marketing & Advertising
    • Support and manage social media marketing campaigns
    • Assist with SEO optimization and website visibility improvements
    • Support Google Ads campaigns, including monitoring and performance reporting
    • Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Design & Branding
    • Design marketing assets and branded materials using Canva or similar design tools
    • Ensure strong visual consistency across all marketing channels
    • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
  • Strong design background with the ability to create visually engaging content
  • Experience with website editing and content management systems
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and Google Ads
  • Experience managing or supporting social media marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience working with education, performing arts, or creative brands
  • Basic video editing or reel creation experience
  • Familiarity with analytics and campaign performance reporting
