Our client is seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute their social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising initiatives. Our client is a growing Australian-based creative business specializing in art education, textured art techniques, and creative products. Their passionate community of artists and creative enthusiasts engages with their brand through social media, digital content, and online learning experiences. They are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help expand their online presence and drive engagement across multiple digital channels.

Schedule

  • Monday - Sunday, Flexible between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging social media content (reels, videos, stories, posts) across all platforms while managing content scheduling and consistency
  • Develop and execute content marketing, SEO strategies, and audience engagement plans to improve visibility and organic growth
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms, monitoring performance and making data-driven improvements
  • Edit raw photos and videos into high-quality marketing content and design supporting graphics for campaigns
  • Track key marketing metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements based on campaign results
  • Collaborate with founders to align content with brand identity, stay updated on trends, and handle timely communication via company inbox

Requirements

  • Comprehensive portfolio showcasing digital marketing, social media, or content creation work is required
  • Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management with strong content creation skills
  • Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, social media algorithms, and content optimization strategies
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
  • Ability to edit raw photos and videos into high-quality, brand-consistent marketing content
  • Experience using content scheduling and social media management tools
  • Strong visual design sense, attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently
