JOB TITLE: INTAKE ON-BOARDING COORDINATOR

The Opportunity:
Our organization is seeking a dynamic Intake Coordinator to join our team of growing criminal
defense and personal injury law firm who is ready to dive in and make waves. The Intake
Coordinator is a salesperson and will be responsible for building relationships with customers
and driving sales of our products or services. If you're an energetic, motivated go-getter with a

The Job/Your Mission:
The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the intake process for
new clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork
and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities/Your Mission:
• Drive sales of our products or services;
• Serves clients by selling products and meeting client needs;
• Establish new clients by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing
or potential sales;
• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential clients;
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call
reports, weekly work plans, and monthly;
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and
competitive developments;
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops,
reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in
professional societies;
• Be the ultimate client liaison: answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, and
provide support;
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular communication
and follow-up;
• Conduct initial screenings of potential clients to determine eligibility for services;
• Coordinate and schedule client appointments and follow-up visits;
• Collect and verify all necessary paperwork and documentation from clients;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information;
• Collaborate with other staff members and service providers to ensure seamless service
delivery;
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, answering questions
and addressing concerns as needed;
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings as required;
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations, ABA, and Georgia Bar rules regarding client
information.
• Conduct On-Boarding meetings with client and attorney

• Obtain records: DL, pictures and videos of injury, etc
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer information in
our CRM system;
• Other duties as assigned;

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a Case Management system, preferably MyCase.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm setting.
Compensation:
• Commensurate with experience.
