Marketing and Paid Ads Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, hybrid Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist to take full ownership of our social media presence and lead generation pipeline. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative content production and technical ad execution. You will take raw, bulk video content filmed by the business owner and transform it into high-converting assets, while managing and optimizing our Meta/Instagram ad campaigns to drive continuous lead generation.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, Flexible 4 – 6 hours

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Editing: Edit bulk video content filmed by the owner into engaging, high-quality assets optimized for social media platforms (with a creative eye for visual storytelling in a salon context).
  • Ad Campaign Management: Manage the back-end execution of Meta and Instagram Ads. Create, launch, and monitor campaigns specifically designed to maximize lead generation.
  • Targeting & Optimization: Implement precise audience targeting strategies based on demographics, ages, and geographic areas. Monitor ad analytics, optimize ad spend daily, and recommend budget increases for winning ads.
  • Coordination & Analytics: Manage content calendars to ensure timely ad launches. Provide detailed performance feedback and real-time insights on customer engagement, lead quality, and ad response.
  • Operations & Admin: Handle administrative marketing tasks and coordinate directly with the business owner to offload daily operational pressure and collaborate on long-term strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Meta/Instagram ad campaigns, with a strong understanding of audience targeting, Meta Ads Manager, and lead generation strategies.
  • Proficient in video editing software tailored for modern social media content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, interpret data, and rapidly adjust strategies to scale winning campaigns.
  • Highly organized with quick response times, a proactive approach to budget management, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to strictly follow brand guidelines and execute a predetermined business strategy.
