Outreach Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Creator Outreach Specialist to identify and engage UK-based social media creators for affiliate marketing campaigns. In this role, you will source qualified influencers, conduct outreach, manage prospect communications, and drive affiliate sign-ups. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in outreach or sales, and the ability to work independently while maintaining consistent daily engagement with prospects. 

Schedule: 25 to 30 hours a week flexible within 12pm to 9pm UK

Responsibilities:

• Scout and identify UK-based social media creators that match defined target account profiles
• Build and maintain organised contact lists of prospective creators for outreach campaigns
• Conduct direct outreach to creators using pre-made scripts to drive affiliate sign-ups
• Manage ongoing conversations with prospects, handling follow-ups and addressing queries
• Track outreach progress and sign-up conversions to support campaign performance reporting
• Collaborate with the agency team to refine targeting parameters and outreach messaging

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outreach, recruitment, or sales-oriented roles
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms, particularly in identifying creator and influencer accounts
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects professionally
• High level of attention to detail when evaluating creator profiles against target criteria
• Ability to work independently and manage daily outreach volume with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working within UK business hours

Scope:

• Focus on one client campaign initially, with plans to expand across additional clients
• UK-based creators and influencers only
• Performance-based bonus structure tied to successful affiliate sign-ups
• Daily availability required to monitor and respond to prospect communications
