Join our team as a Revenue Accountant and take ownership of critical financial processes that drive our agency's growth. In this role, you will manage end-to-end client billing, retainer reconciliations, and media spend tracking to ensure precise revenue recognition. It’s an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to deliver meaningful financial insights and maintain a healthy, thriving cash flow.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CT, Austin, Texas, 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

• Manage client billing, invoicing, and collections processes for retainer-based accounts
• Maintain and reconcile client retainer accounts to ensure accurate revenue tracking
• Perform reconciliations of media platform spends against internal financial records
• Conduct revenue analysis to provide insights on agency financial performance
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections to maintain healthy cash flow

Requirements

• Experience with billing, invoicing, and collections in an agency or professional services environment
• Familiarity with retainer-based accounting and revenue recognition practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
