Inbound Customer Service Representative

Your Role: Inbound Customer Service Representative / Virtual Assistant

Schedule- Monday - Friday 9:00am-4:00pm, Mountain Daylight Time

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and provide accurate information about the company's auto detailing services
  • Book and manage client appointments through the company's CRM system
  • Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression to prospective and returning customers
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and organized client records
  • Schedule and publish pre-made social media content across Instagram and Facebook
  • Post blog content to the company website as directed

Requirements:

  • Minimum B2 level of English proficiency with clear and professional verbal communication
  • Previous experience in an inbound customer service or receptionist role
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic administrative tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Scope:

  • Full-time position, 7 hours per day, 5 days a week (Mountain Time, 9:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM)
  • Handle approximately 5 to 10 inbound calls per day, with additional admin tasks during downtime
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming client inquiries
  • Support the business's online presence through consistent social media and blog posting
  • Opportunity to grow into a broader virtual assistant role as the business scales
