Social Media Specialist 

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to support our e-commerce operations. This role combines social media content management, product authentication coordination, customer support, and administrative tasks.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible during client business hours

Responsibilities

• Create and publish social media content, primarily Instagram Stories, using existing product photos and videos.
• Edit product videos for social media by removing audio, adding music, and preparing content for posting.
• Manage product authentication requests by uploading photos, tracking results, and maintaining accurate records.
• Perform data entry tasks and update internal systems with authentication information.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries within a 24-hour turnaround.
• Maintain consistent and timely content posting across social media channels.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks accurately.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working flexible hours that overlap with Central European Time.
