Sales Representative - SaaS

Work Schedule: 20hrs per week, Monday - Friday, 9am to 1pm | Eastern Time 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to both cold and warm leads to introduce the Orbit CRM platform
  • Qualify prospects and close subscription sales directly on the call whenever possible
  • Schedule product demo appointments for prospects who require a software walkthrough before committing
  • Present tailored pricing offers including discounted onboarding packages and annual subscription incentives
  • Follow up with leads generated through advertising campaigns, Reddit, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Track and report on key performance metrics including calls made, callbacks, conversions, and follow-up activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, ideally within SaaS or software subscription environments
  • Strong objection handling skills with the ability to overcome hesitation and close on the same call
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral accent
  • High level of resilience, grit, and self-motivation to handle rejection in a high-volume calling environment
  • Ability to clearly articulate product value propositions to small business owners
