Admin assistant (non-voice)

YOUR ROLE: Admin Assistant / Email Management Support

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily customer email correspondence (approx. 5/day)
  • Upload and manage order tracking numbers
  • Update internal records and maintain database accuracy
  • Handle file management and processing of agreements
  • Coordinate client follow-ups as needed
  • Manage travel bookings and administrative scheduling
  • Support non-voice administrative tasks on the website

Requirements:

  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Proficiency with email management platforms
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week (Part-time)
  • Detail-oriented approach to data entry and tracking
  • Reliability and commitment to a daily 4-hour shift
  • Ability to work within Central Time (9 AM - 1 PM)

Scope:

  • Daily shift scheduled for 9 AM - 1 PM Central Time
  • Focus on administrative and email-based support
  • Remote non-voice operations for Apple Cider Vinegars
  • 20 hours per week minimum commitment
  • Month-to-month agreement with no lock-in contract
  • 90-day probation period for performance monitoring
  • Potential to expand tasks to phone support if needed
