Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Kajabi Specialist to build, launch, and manage our new online education platform. In this role, you will lead the initial platform setup, migrate existing content from WordPress, and oversee ongoing course, community, and newsletter operations. Working closely with a small education team, you will ensure seamless platform functionality and timely project execution. This is a full-time, permanent remote position for a proactive professional who can work independently.

Schedule: Mon-Fri,9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST with 1 hour of unpaid break

Responsibilities
- Build and launch a new Kajabi-based education platform
- Migrate and organize content from WordPress
- Create and manage courses, community spaces, and event listings
- Develop and send newsletters and educational communications
- Maintain platform content and functionality
- Collaborate with the education team and provide regular progress updates
Requirements
- Proven experience with Kajabi (websites, courses, communities, and automations)
- Experience migrating content from WordPress
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
